New SCOTUS nominee's troubling stance on sex predators
Yes! Yet another pedo-apologist from the left
Today, largely in connection to a couple of previous rants — The Florida Parental Rights in Education Act / anti-grooming bill (and the ensuing “outrage”) and yesterday’s look at yet another Clinton / sex abuse link with the Haitian pastor who was largely funded by the Bill and the bogus Clinton Foundation.
This took me to the new Biden SCOTUS pick, Ketanji Brown Jackson. Looks like her 2nd most notable qualification as a liberal SCOTUS pick — just behind her being a female black activist — is her leniency on crime — especially sex offenders. “Amid all this, the soft-on-crime brigade is squarely in Judge Jackson’s corner,” said Mitch “Turtle-Turtle” McConnell on Tuesday.
Oh, well! That’s the way of the left, isn’t it? Advocating for the predator or perpetrator and shitting on the victims. Senator Josh Hawley pointed out what he described as an “alarming pattern when it comes to Jackson’s treatment of sex offenders, especially those preying on children.”
In fact, while Jackson was on the U.S. Sentencing Commission, she said she “mistakingly assumed that child pornography offenders are pedophiles,’ and she wanted “to understand this category of non-pedophiles who obtain child pornography.”
WTF?
She also stated that a “less serious child pornography offender” is motivated by “the use of technology.” She also said that some of those who possess child porn “is in this for either the collection or the people who are loners and find status in their participation in the community.”
Say what? Can you begin to fathom the mental gymnastics used to get to this notion?
Call me old-fashioned, but if a person has made an effort to obtain and download such material, then that person is a pedophile. They are subhuman deviants who have an attraction to minors. They may or may not have acted on such attractions yet, but studies indicate it will eventually happen. This woman wants these people out and about — with our children.
Senator Hawley went on to write on Twitter — “On the federal bench, Judge Jackson put her troubling views into action. In every single child porn case for which we can find records, Judge Jackson deviated from the federal sentencing guidelines in favor of child porn offenders.” Worse, Jackson wants to change the way sex offenders are treated by doing away with the mandatory minimum sentences for the possession of child porn. Of course, MSNBC has now likened Senator Hawley to QAnon. Because … of course, they did!
Jackson has been advocating for the rights of pedophiles since her law school days, going as far as questioning the constitutionality of the Sex Offender Registry. She feels that parents of small children do NOT have the right to know when a predator moves in on the street. Because we need to make sure these creatures are not treated unfairly.
What is it with the left and their “love affair” with sexualizing children? I find it troubling as hell that these people are ones with increasingly loud voices and increasing levels of authority and power in this country — under the Biden administration.
Obviously, pedophilia is nothing new. But the idea that they are pretty much out and proudly defending or in some cases promoting this behavior is alarming to adults with a moral compass. Take the idiots who are opposing the Parental Rights in Education Act. You can ask yourself which camp these outraged leftists fall into — the ones too stupid to actually read the bill (five minutes, people) and the ones who are actually against the bill itself. I gotta tell ya, those who oppose such a reasonable bill that protects small kids from the discussion of sexuality and gender (indoctrination) are pretty sus.
But we all know the left’s history of shitting on young victims of rape. Just ask Hillary.
